Chief Operating Officer of the Company, is the President of Translift Ship Management, Inc., and the COO of Transoil Corporation, Seatrans Corporation and Oceanlink Tankers Incorporated and Director of Circle Corporate Inc. and LLL Holdings Inc. Mr. Leonio is also a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Philippine Petroleum Sea Transport Association. He completed his Executive Masters in Business Administration (pre-SMP) from the Asian Institute of Management and he attended the BS Industrial Engineering course at De La Salle University.
