Corporate Secretary of the Company, is a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer with over 25 years experience in corporate law, taxation, banking, finance and investment banking. Atty. Ponsaran obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the East. He completed the MDP Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He is a member of both the Philippine Bar and the New York Bar.
