Independent Director, is Senior Partner of Argosy Advisers Inc. and Chairman of VFL Advisors, Inc., a financial consultancy firm. He is the President of ABV Inc., a real estate holding company, the former president of Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) Professional Association of Finance Practitioners and co-Chairman of the Capital Markets Development Council, a coordinating body of the private and public sector players in the Philippine capital markets to develop national policy on the capital markets. He has an MBA majoring in Finance from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering, cum laude, from the Ateneo de Manila University.
