TRANSOIL CORPORATION
 
Transoil Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. It was established in July 20, 1994 by the Leonio family. Transoil owns two tanker-barges, both ABS-classed petroleum barges and one double-hull NKK-classed ocean-going tanker, the first domestically-owned brand-new double hull petroleum tanker in the Philippines acquired in December 2006.
 
SEATRANS CORPORATION
 
Seatrans Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. It was established in November 23, 1994 by the Leonio family. Seatrans owns three of the Group’s vessels, one double-hull and two tanker-barges. The newly built ABS-classed vessel is the second double-hull tanker of the Group which was acquired in May 2007. It is currently the largest domestic petroleum tanker in the country.
 
OCEANLINK TANKERS INCORPORATED
 
Oceanlink Tankers Incorporated is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. It was established in August 16, 2007 to acquire the third brand-new double-hull petroleum tanker of the Group. The ABS-classed double-hull tanker which arrived in the Philippines only in September 2007, matches the size of the country’s largest petroleum tanker owned by Seatrans Corporation.
 
TRANSLIFT SHIP MANAGEMENT, INC.
 
Translift Ship Management, Inc. is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company established in August 8, 1997 by the Leonio family. Translift functions as the ship manager of the Group’s fleet, providing chartering, commercial, technical, operational and crew management services. Translift has an International Safety Management Code (ISM) Document of Compliance (DOC) issued by the Det Norske Veritas to manage various types of vessels, including LPG carriers, petroleum and chemical tankers.
